NHS 70 Celebrations a success

This year, our most treasured institution celebrates its 70th birthday.

The introduction of the NHS completely transformed people’s lives, giving access to world-class healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay.

The NHS takes care of people from the first to the last day of their lives. On its 70th birthday, we thank the phenomenal NHS staff who have delivered lifesaving work, even in the toughest times.

Great Yarmouth Labour held a stall in the Market Place with leaflets, balloons and a giant birthday card for people to sign.

We are immensely grateful to everyone that signed the card throughout the day and we filled it up with messages of love for the NHS.
