PCC Ballot & All Member Workshop

Ahead of the Norfolk Police and Crime Commissioner Election in May, as a CLP we are entitled to one vote under the Single Transferable Vote method. In order to rank candidates for the CLP Vote, a ballot of eligible members is being held. Eligible members will have been notified of their entitlement to vote. Any eligible member wishing to vote must be present at 10:00am sharp.

You may also remember that at the CLP AGM held last July, a resolution was put forward by Unite proposing that a working group be put together to analyse the current Branch structure used by the CLP and to determine if another organisational structure might be more suitable. The Executive Committee has therefore called an All Member workshop to determine the format this working group should take and the specific requirements for them to report back to the CLP on. This is your chance to contribute your views on what the CLP or Branches could do differently to better engage with the interests of Members. This workshop will commence AFTER the PCC Ballot Meeting has been held and is anticipated to start at 10:45am. If you are not entitled to a vote in the PCC Ballot, then please feel free to arrive in time for the start of the workshop.
